“Lobstermen at Dawn in Maine” – Cranberry Isles, Maine, USA - 12

At first light off the rugged coast of Maine, two lobstermen work the cold Atlantic waters with precision and grit. Captured by photographer Tadd Myers, this image embodies the quiet strength and timeless rhythm of New England’s fishing heritage. The morning mist meets the ocean’s horizon as the men haul in their traps — gloved hands, weathered faces, and layers of salt and sunlight telling a story of endurance and pride.

Every detail — from the textured rubber gloves to the glint of the lobster shell — draws the viewer into a moment of authentic coastal life. Perfect for collectors of Americana, nautical art, or anyone inspired by the working spirit of Maine’s fishermen.

You will love this photograph; it's more than an image, it’s a tribute to craftsmanship, resilience, and the timeless bond between man and sea. It brings the scent of salt air and the hum of morning labor into any space.
